  • 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g sun_dried_tomato, drained and chopped
  • 150g spinach
  • 250ml heavy_cream
  • 75g parmesan, grated
  • 2tbsp olive_oil
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 1tsp italian_seasoning
  • 0.5tsp salt
  • ¼tsp black_pepper

    Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.

    Stir in parmesan until melted and sauce is smooth.

    Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Tips
