- 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4cloves garlic, minced
- 100g sun_dried_tomato, drained and chopped
- 150g spinach
- 250ml heavy_cream
- 75g parmesan, grated
- 2tbsp olive_oil
- 2tbsp butter
- 1tsp italian_seasoning
- 0.5tsp salt
- ¼tsp black_pepper

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
